Two condo projects now under construction will transform a block of light industrial buildings where T Street and Wiltsberger Street meet in the Shaw neighborhood of Washington DC.

1812-1827 Wiltberger is the redevelopment of the old Holzbeierlein Bakery Warehouse to a new, mixed-use building. Developers plan nine condominiums, ground floor retail and two levels of office space. A portion of the facade will be integrated into the exterior design. The project is located opposite the historic Howard Theatre, just a few yards from the planned “Cecelia” project at 608-618 T Street. The two projects largely transform the short block.
